Shipping within the UK
At Ballinwillin House Farm, all shipments within the UK are shipped directly to the customer via 48 hour courier. All our products are shipped frozen in temperature controlled packaging guaranteed to keep the product frozen for 72 hours. This ensures that no product quality is compromised even in the event of delayed delivery.
Our cut off for receipt of orders is 2pm. Any orders received before 2pm will be shipped on the day with the following exceptions:

Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Due to our commitment to quality we cannot ship on Thursday or Friday because product may be compromised if in transport for more than 72 hours, which would happen over a weekend.
